The short version: we only collect what you give us to join the waitlist, we use it to tell you about Holyframe, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Holyframe is made by Brut, a 2D and motion studio based in Barcelona, Spain. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store what you type into the form:
- your email address (required)
- your name, what you do, your main 2D tool and your studio, if you tell us
Like any website, our servers also see technical details such as your IP address and browser when you visit. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your details to let you know when access opens, to send occasional updates about Holyframe, and to understand who the tool is for so we can build the right thing.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the service providers that run the site for us, such as our hosting provider, and only so they can do that job.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when you visit.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until Holyframe launches and you've had the chance to sign up, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Email us at info@holyframe.studio and we'll reply within a month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) or your local regulator.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page, and tell people on the waitlist about anything significant.
